Wednesday, March 12, I only lost 0.6 pounds, for a total loss to date of 6.8 pounds. I was a bit disappointed, but after I told the instructor that I had eaten out four times -- pizza, Mexican, Red Robin, and Mongolian Grill -- in one weekend, she told me that a loss was amazing and that most people would have shown a gain. So, I felt good. I was really careful about what I ate -- which is hard at some of these places. I researched point values before going to the restaurant so I knew what to get and what NOT to get. I LOVE Red Robins tower of onion rings, but one, yes count them, one onion ring is 2.5 points. Ahhh! Also, a side of fries -- NO not the whole basket, just what you would get with a burger -- is 9 pts, which is more than a whole 5 Alarm Burger (with the bread and without cheese/mayo).
Anyways, I figure a loss is a loss -- so I was proud! Here's to a better weigh-in next time :)

Cute page! You are just like Ryan (except for all the facial hair)-- he can eat out and still post a loss. Not me -- if I even SMELL the onion rings, I gain two pounds. In fact, I weighed myself before and after reading this post, and I gained a half pound just reading about the rings!
