4 pounds in a week!

Well, I was so proud to hit my "before cruise" weight (48 pounds down) before our Caribbean cruise that I kind of left the point system back on good old US soil. I mean really - it's a cruise with "free" all you can eat food! So, although I was somewhat careful - choosing the sugar free desserts when possible, and limiting my portion size, I in no way cut back!! There were actually times that I felt stuffed and didn't like the feeling as much as I remembered :)

And, although due to work meetings I missed my WWers weigh-in this week, according to my scale at home - which is usually pretty darn close - I gained 4 pounds. Which is better than the 7-10 (a day) that the cruise director kept joking about!

On a side note, my wonderful husband, who I thought ate just as bad or worse than I did - and didn't exercise the entire time because he was injured, actually lost a pound. Can we all say together - NOT FAIR! :P Seriously, I am happy for him!
