Gained .4 and I don't care :P

Okay, so I went to Nathaniel's weigh-in today since my WWers isn't meeting this week. I went in thinking I might have actually gained a pound or so, and found I only gained .4. So, I figure since I have already lost over 33 pounds -- what does .4 matter in the scheme of things. It's coming off -- eventually :)

Besides, after you hear what I "had" to eat while on business travels to NYC yesterday you will understand. Honestly I was in a building all day without access to a selection of good food. I had to eat what was being served or starve :(
  • Fiber One bar -- I brought that
  • Plate of Fruit
doing good so far....
  • 1.25 cups of Italian Pasta Salad
  • 2 rolls
  • 3 cubes of sweet potatoes
  • 1 tiny custard fruit dessert

getting worse....

  • 4 cubes of cheese
  • Celery and Carrot sticks (I was trying to be good)
  • 3/4th of a Chocolate Chip cookie (and I was being bad too..)
  • A 32 oz Pineapple Passion Smoothie King -- which in my defense was made without sugar -they call it "Skinny"
  • One bag of Baked Lays (I was starving on the train home)

but then, after all that I was still hungry for supper..and all my points were gone and then some. Snacking sucks! So then out of my extra 35 points for the week I ate...

  • A Peanut Butter Bliss bar (1pt)
  • a cup of whole-wheat pasta
  • 1/2 cup of sauce (very low points)
  • low point garlic and Cinnamon toast

and that was it...really... :)

You are hilarious! Good going on the smoothie! I just went to Smoothie King tonight and got my favorite -- Youth Fountain -- made skinny, of course, and it's only 2 points. The other one I like is the Vanilla Fit and Trim, which is only 3 points if made skinny, 5 if not (when I use it as a meal replacement). Welcome to the Weight Watchers Weight GAIN club! Sorry you have to join, but you're right: the weight will come off eventually!

Also, this is so funny -- to celebrate MY halfway mark, Ryan told me I should go get my hair cut and highlighted, which I did, because you made it look like so much fun, and yours looks so cute. I will post a picture of my new do soon on my blog. Thanks for the great idea. As they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery (or copyright infringement, in some cases).
