No, not my ultimate goal -- but my goal for this past week :)
My goals were to exercise at least 4 times (hit 6 times) and to be under 200 pounds this week, which I thought would be pretty easy since I was at 200.6.
Drum roll please....this week I lost 2.8 pounds and am now at a glorious 197.8 pounds. I have not been this weight since before I moved to Maryland :) I am 27.8 away from my goal, although at this rate I might just shoot for the weight I was when I got married -- another 5-7 pounds beyond that. I will keep my options open :P
Grand total - 40.2 pounds GONE :)

Good for you! BTW, you must exercise in the middle of the night to fit it into your schedule SIX times in a week! When do you sleep?? :-)
