Weighed in yesterday and found another 1.2 pounds gone! I am now .6 away from the 190s. Here is a quick update on my progress...
There was a time when I would have been ashamed to tell you how much I weighed, but I don't care any more. So, here's the scoop:
I started late February at 238 pounds -- part of it was baby weight and part of it was I don't care what I put into my mouth weight :) I was squeezing into size 16s with a few 18s in my closest, but I refused to go buy a new wardrobe in yet another larger size! I was still wearing some of my maternity clothes because sadly they were some of the only ones that fit me.
The last 5 months have been a lot of hard work, a lot of changes and a lot of accomplishments!!!
Today, I am 200.6 pounds (-37.4) and a comfortable size 12!!!!!!! I was able to go shopping at New York and Company this past weekend for the first time in like 3 years. I have also lost over 5 BMI points and 3-4 inches on my waist.
My goal -- that I established back at the end of May -- was to lose 20 additional pounds by September 28, which is when we head out for a week long cruise to the Caribbean :) I am currently 10.6 pounds away from that goal and 30.6 pounds from my ultimately goal of 170 pounds (I am almost 5'10)
Over half way there -- now comes the hard part of increasing exercise..again..so my weight continues to drop. :)

Good for you! You are doing so great. Sounds like you will have very little trouble making your "cruise weight!"
You are doing so wonderfully! Keep up the good work! You are a role model for the rest of us who need to get back into shape!! :)
