New weight!

Well, unfortunately I was at a client meeting today and missed my weigh in :( But, according to my scale I have lost another pound(ish) but more importantly have gone down about a point and a half in the fat percentage.

According to my scale I have also dropped into another weight range so I am going to go ahead and subtract one more point from my total. (For those of you not framilar with WWers, you get a certain number of points you can eat based on weight, height, activity level, age, etc. You start with a base point and then you delete one point for every 10 pound range you enter, i.e., if you weighed 185 and lost 6 pounds you would delete a point because you now weigh 179, then once you drop to at least 169 you would delete another point). Anyways, with this I have now deleted 2 points from my diet!!

Too bad you missed your weigh-in, but in your line of work, it's bound to happen, right? So do you have a scale that measures body fat percentage? I have heard that they are very neat. Gotta go get the kids washed and put in bed. (I think the bathroom floor is probably soaked by now...)
